Delivery and Inspection
Upon the arrival of your steam shower, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any damage and report it to the driver before it is signed. If the package is damaged, contact us immediately for more information at 1-800-792-8232. If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition.
We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition).
Suppose the unit arrives damaged, and the entire shipment or parts are refused. In that case, we will replace the unit/parts upon the availability of the replacement unit or damaged parts. Inspect the package immediately, even if you will not install the unit.
The shipping company requires the customer to report damages within 72 hours of delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone can help the delivery person unload the items.
The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location, an extra charge may be applied.
Installation and Certification
A licensed plumber and electrician must install the unit, or it will void the unit's warranty from the manufacturer.
The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes.
The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify SteamShowers4less.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products. SteamShowers4less.com is not responsible for any liability or losses from plumbing or electrical installation.
The customers are responsible for confirming the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you receive an inspection from a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.
If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You can return the unit for the purchase price, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging.
If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee would apply.
Cancellations & Returns
You can return all non-Clearance items purchased from SteamShowers4Less.com within 20 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. Clearance items are non-returnable. The item should be in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.).
Refunds will be processed within three business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it, including any shrink wrap, tape, and form.
This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and restocking fee of 15%.
Warranties
All steam showers carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. Structural components include acrylic panels, shower pans, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one-year guarantee against defects.
All jetted, and air tubs carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. All jetted and air tub parts carry a (5) five-year guarantee against defects.
Steamshowers4less.com carries most steam shower replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Replacement parts can be ordered by calling our service department at 1-800-791-8232.
Steamshowers4less.com recommends that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Steamshowers4less does not accept any responsibility or liability for installing spare parts.
