Return Policy
SteamShowers4Less.com will accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items will be refunded in full as long as the products are returned in original new condition and unopened. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. SteamShowers4Less reserves the right to charge additional service fees if the shipment is returned in any other form than the original shipment.
If the customer decides to the cancel the order, and the product has already left our facility, the customer is always responsible for return shipping charges to our warehouse in Fort Wayne, IN.
In the event that a customer decides to return the product once it has been opened within 30 days, they may do so, and they are responsible for repacking the unit and preparing it for return shipment. The customer must be present for the freight driver to pick up the unit at the time scheduled by SteamShowers4Less. The unit may be returned to us, and would be then subject to inspection. If the product is shown to be opened, and tampered with, it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original list price of the unit. The return shipping is once again, the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the original payment.
Products that are being returned due to internal damage will be subject to the same 25% restocking fee. The product must be inspected at the time of delivery for external damage. If there is no damage notes on the delivery receipt, then all damage claims for external damage are void once the receipt is signed. If the product is then internally inspected, and damage is found, such as broken glass or cracks, it must be reported to the SteamShowers4Less, and to the shipping company within 3 days of the original delivery date. Otherwise, damaged parts will not be replaced without cost. If damaged parts are found internally and reported within 3 days of delivery, SteamShowers4Less will replace the parts at no cost to the customer. Depending on the part and availability of the part, the shipping time to get the replacement could be up to 8 weeks. If the customer were to then choose to return the product because they do not want to wait for the parts, they would be responsible to repack the unit, and they would be responsible for the return shipping fees. There would be no restocking fee accessed if the damage was found within the 3 days, and was reported within the 3 days to the trucking company and SteamShowers4Less.
SteamShowers4Less does not provide shipping materials for return shipment. SteamShowers4Less does not accept returns on units that have been installed, assembled, or built, SteamShowers4Less does not accept returns. If a customer returns a product that shows any misuse, abuse, installation, assembly, or similar, SteamShowers4Less has the right to refuse the return and refuse the refund.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days. The 30 days starts from the delivery date of the product.
