This steam shower is a standalone unit. The drain connection is connected with a flexible hose line. The hot/cold connection is also connected with flexible lines as shown in the photo below. This makes it easy for the unit to be assembled and then pushed against the back wall. You also don't need an exact location for your drain which makes it simple to replace an old shower.
The electrical connection is hard wired into an electrical box that is already pre-mounted on the unit.

This 803 steam shower is a very popular walk-in steam shower for many reasons. It continues to be a best seller for the past 5 years because of the perfect retro fit into your existing shower space. The size seems to fit most spaces just right. The steam shower has every feature you could ask for from the wonderful stereo system down to the rainfall shower head.
This steam shower unit features two built in corner seat which makes showering and steam baths pleasant for you and your partner. Each seat is nicely positioned to maximize the seating area, but it maintain a great stand up space as well for showering.
The door of the steam shower slides open on a smooth track from right to left when looking at the shower. As seen in the photos below, the shower has a fixed panel on the left side, and the sliding door is on the right.
Every unit comes with the steam generator already included, and mounted to your unit. The steam generator is strategically placed on the back of the units to maximize space so that you will not need any more that the allotted dimensions of the shower footprint.
The Rainfall shower head is a terrific feature that is becoming extremely popular because of the unique shower experience. This 8" shower head is both powerful and soothing.
The shower consumes about 2 gallons of water per minute. The average shower is 1-1.5 Gallons.
